The AYA Youth website is published by the American Young Artists Association (“AYA”). Its content is provided for information. Text, photographs, design, and the AYA name and marks are the property of AYA or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced without permission.
Applications
Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee a callback, admission, a performance, or placement in any collaboration. All programming, venues, dates, repertoire, and formats are subject to artistic review and change. Applicants must participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and official communication is directed to that parent or guardian.
Participation
Accepted artists and families agree to follow AYA communication, rehearsal, and conduct expectations, and to the specific terms set out in the written program invitation. AYA does not provide medical or clinical treatment of any kind, including vocal or physical therapy.
Recordings submitted to AYA
By submitting a recording you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to it and that it was made in accordance with the audition video guidelines. Recordings are used only for artistic review.
Liability
AYA makes reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate but does not warrant that it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, AYA is not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
