AYA Youth/Institutions & partners

Institutions & partners

An extension of teaching, not a replacement for it. AYA Youth works alongside schools, studios, and training institutions—and with the partners who support young artists.

For institutions

Recommend a student

Partner schools, studios, and training institutions may recommend students with potential. AYA arranges the audition and, for accepted students, professionally produced stage opportunities that extend the institution’s own teaching.

  1. Institutional recommendation

A partner school or institution recommends a student in instrumental music, voice, or dance who shows potential and is in consistent training.

  2. Audition arrangement

AYA coordinates the audition for the recommended student and evaluates artistic preparation, presentation, and maturity.

  3. Artistic planning

For accepted students, repertoire, goals, and formats are planned individually—in communication with the institution and the primary teacher.

  4. Stage presentation

Professionally produced stages in Manhattan solo recitals, collaborative performances, and interdisciplinary projects.

Teachers, coaches, schools, and training institutions are an irreplaceable force in a young artist’s development. AYA maintains transparent communication with institutions and families and values each student’s existing training relationships.

Ways to support young artists together

We welcome institutions, companies, foundations, and individual philanthropists to join us, in many forms, in nurturing the next generation of artists.

01

Performance naming & production support

Name the Manhattan Solo Recital Series or a featured performance, connecting a brand with high-level youth artistry.

02

Artist development fund

Establish a scholarship or development fund that directly supports a young artist’s planning, preparation, and stage.

03

Cross-cultural & international projects

Co-create international youth collaborations and cultural-exchange initiatives that connect artistic communities across borders.

04

Venue, media & resource collaboration

Support with venues, communications, production, or professional resources, becoming part of an artist’s journey.
